Opening of the CUPRA showroom in Bydgoszcz

As my first task in the new job at the CUPRA showroom, I was assigned to organize the opening of the showroom in Bydgoszcz.

My task was to prepare catering and social media publications.

All of this with a very limited budget.

Where I best utilize my skills

I find myself best at the intersection of technology, product, content, and user.

I combine experience in premium customer service, product training,

content creation, and practical smart home projects,

which allows me to not only understand the product,

but also to show its value in a simple and engaging way.

1Product and customer experience

- Product Specialist / Technical Product Specialist

- Product Demo & Training

- Customer Experience

- Premium customer service

- Presenting technology in a simple and understandable way

2Technology and smart home

- Smart Home / Consumer Tech

- Automations and Home Assistant projects

- Projects based on ESP32

- Integrations and practical technical solutions

- Testing and implementing new tools

3Content and community

- Video Content / Social Media - Community Building

- Creating content for technology, cycling, and outdoor brands

- Building engagement around a product or brand

- Connecting product communication with practical user experience

My main area

is smart home projects, automations, and solutions based on Home Assistant and ESP32. I enjoy creating practical systems that solve real user problems, from dashboards and sensors to custom integrations and automations.

Besides that...

my side hustle is cycling; at the beginning of my journey, I started with BMX, then moved on to Street, had a stint with Downhill, and now I ride Enduro.

of course recreationally 😉

Let those brakes go(Puść te heble)

This has been my baby since 2014, a fan page that when I joined had 1000 likes, currently it has about 10 thousand.

The cycling theme is quite niche as it focuses on Downhill and Enduro.

Most posts sometimes reach 10/15 thousand viewsof which 99% of them are cold traffic.

The fact that this fanpage was to establish an amateur Downhill Team Weightless Team.

All content on YouTube was created by me from recording to editing.

In 2016, I managed to secure sponsors who were willing to support the project.

Such as: Lapierre Bikes, Presto Sport Kielce, MadPig.

But unfortunately, in 2018, each of us went our separate ways.

More details

Why me?

I am Tech-savvy Customer & Content Specialist with a unique combination of skills that set me apart in the job market, and my experience includes:

Premium customer service - For years, I have worked directly with clients, learning how to build trust, explain complex technologies, and drive sales through experience.

Marketing and content creation - I successfully managed my own cycling fan page, which gave me skills in community building, creating engaging video content, and managing social media.

Product training - I have experience conducting individual and group training sessions, presentations, and product demonstrations for clients. I can convey knowledge in an accessible way.

Technical skills - I am not a typical salesperson, but a person who can independently program simple solutions, integrate smart home systems, and understand complex technologies.

Interest in AI

I have been interested in AI and its applications in programming for some time. Recent projects I have worked on using it include:

A mobile app for generating product labels at Apple Premium Reseller –The application works in such a way that you scan the serial number of the device, and the application automatically generates a label with the visible serial number, the date of receipt into the warehouse, and it also fills in the equipment specifications. As a bonus, I also created a function for generating business cards for Apple Wallet with contact information and the ability to share them with clients. It's an unconventional solution, but beneficial for the client; they won't lose a paper business card and will always have it in Apple Wallet. The seller can display a QR code on their Apple Watch that the client can scan to immediately add the seller's name to their contacts.

If something is missing, you have to do it yourself.

So my integration with Home Assistanti nvolves a simple thing like garbage collection schedules for a given address. Were there ready-made solutions? Yes. But I prefer to do it myself, have full control over the plugin, and add the features I was missing. My integration checks when which garbage is collected and sends me a notification the day before.

Automotive and photography

are among my other interests.
As part of the team JDM3M, I had the opportunity to organize several automotive meets as well as events at ODTJ Pomorze..

I was responsible for preparing prizes for the winners from companies such as:

FMIC

Soft99

Oximo

Do you have a project, product, or job offer worth discussing, or are you looking for someone who connects technology, content, and customer experience? I would be happy to talk about projects related to technology products, smart home, video content, product training, or community building.
